THIS YEAR'S EVENT! This year's live music & film making event will be held from March 14-17, 2008, at Dan Electro's Guitar Bar in the Houston Heights! Each year, we invite, accept and gather dozens of local, regional and touring bands, poets, musicians, comics and artists for a movie-making event and location shoot with great multi-track recording and multiple camera set-ups. The artists are free to use the video in any way they want. We use the video for episodes of our Hippies.TV show, and to create a feature length film for the web and a compilation CD for promotion, sale, and download.
